Book Grading Guide
All our books are graded to the following guidelines. Close up images of any notable defects are included on product pages.
Near Mint [NM]
A book that is very nearly in an ‘as new’ condition without defects. Only the smallest, faintest marks are acceptable on these crispy boiz.
Very Good [VG]
A book that has been read but shows only minor signs of wear. This could include slight edge or shelf wear, or small scuffs and dings.
Good [G]
The average condition for a used book still in a good readable state. The cover and pages will show signs of wear and age but the book will be sound overall.
Fair [FR]
A book that has been around the block a few times. Will be well worn and may include some annotations or scribbles. Some damage such as creasing.
Poor [P]
Ready for retirement. It may have pages missing, be coming loose from the binding, and will show heavy signs of wear and damage. There’s life left in the old dog yet though!
